The Manifest of Our Mission & Value System

In any organization, man power is regarded as the most precious factor. The precious equipments, machineries and tools in any industry, once would be exploitable and benefiting which are placed in the hands of men of wisdom, experience and dexterity and beyond it, in the hands of men brimful with incentive. On the basis of this view, the management of Oil Industry Engineering and Construction Group are trying to discern and then activate those motivations and incentives to awake that hidden enthusiasm and that internal zeal to accelerate the current affair of the organization and design a new development in the hope to open a brighter prospect before the eyes of colleagues. Undoubtedly the higher salaries and the higher payments, could not work as a powerful incentive to activate employees in their administrative duties. While at the first look it seems that higher salaries mean better output, but this view is not correct and despite the prevalent imagination, higher salaries never could be regarded as the first the incentive, but there are another factors which expressively explain themselves with its tongueless expression. Among these factors the first one is the sense of "Being Useful". Those who feel that their active presence in the organization are determinant or at least without their presence many jobs will be stopped, then they would devote themselves to their organizational goals. The second important factor is identification and harmonization of goals. The able managers are those who could identify the men's goals with the administrative ones. Although in some cases such harmonization seems difficult, but an able manager, is the one who harmonize and even identify the two apparently different goals. The third factor is reputation and creating the sense of esteem in employees which terminates to reputation of organization. A respectable organization and the honorable employees impart a good view of themselves which, encourage others to esteem them and place the employees in a position to observe all moral ethics and eschew non -moral behaviors. And finally a desirable salary and welfare facilities make them to work better and arise enthusiasm in them. When all these factors come together the zeal of cooperation will be formed in the men of an organization and they will find their identity in their organization and again organization seeks its exaltation in meeting the needs of its men. What has been written in this paper under the title of "Expectations and Interactions" only seeks a goal and this goal is not anything but "Exaltation ": The exaltations of organization and its employees; and goal of exaltation for men and organization has been interwoven in such a way that the growth of one is inevitably is the growth of the other.
